Weekly coding update, closing the loop in Draft Path
This week brought Draft Path back into focus, with work on a clearer concept dashboard and a more useful loop for revising plans.
After a couple of quieter public updates, this week had a clearer Draft Path theme again. The work centred on making the product feel less like a one-way generator and more like a place where someone can keep shaping an idea after the first version appears.
From first draft to revision
The main shift was around the concept dashboard. Instead of treating ideas and plans as separate stops, the product is being shaped into a smoother workspace where a person can review ideas, generate a plan, then loop back and revise that plan with fresh suggestions.
That matters because early ideas rarely become useful in a single pass. A stronger flow gives Draft Path more room to support the messy middle: comparing options, changing direction, and gradually turning a rough concept into something more concrete.
A more coherent product shape
- Worked on a clearer dashboard for moving between ideas and plans
- Added support for revising a plan instead of starting from scratch
- Tightened the journey after a concept is created so the next step feels more obvious
It is still a focused slice of work rather than a broad launch, but it points in a useful direction. Draft Path is becoming less about producing a single answer and more about helping someone think through an idea over a few deliberate rounds.
